Good power, bad power!

Anyone in this world who is in a position of power needs to be accountable for actions.

Their is much responsibility when leaders from whatever background run any buisiness. And a massive part of this is peoples right to give feedback.

And the feedback I give always is balanced, positive and negative........and how things could be done better.


I do my tiny bit, because people matter.

Stats

They are important....but do we get the feeling we are all just stats now??? Watching the goverment on TV on day........all the MP did was quote stats.....its all very well showing us stats, but on ground level, front line work, lets just be practical.

I get the sense that red tape and fitting us into a box.....AINT WORKING!

Spiritual Abuse

If a leader of a church abuses someone spirtually, should they lead again? There is grace and forgiveness but also wisdom!!

One day when brave enough, I will share the story....until then.....ponder.

Working in the social sector....I am kinda fed up. I love the direct work with the clients but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont wanna be doing 9 page COSSH documents on how not to make ink explode, or drink it. I am a grown adult hey!

Dont get me started on health and safety madness....its created jobs yes...but its making us go mad!

The new celeb Christian!! Ok the work he is doing is fab, he probally has a good heart......but his veiw on women, and some of the quotes....hurtful to the female race.

He said " Men should get their cut at the barbers and not salons" To far Mark. You insult both men and women sometimes by trying to be big like a BULLY.

Well done for Haiti thought, now thats what I wanna see and hear.
